Online booking and a shared diary for small trade businesses
Trade Studio fills your diary.
Customers book themselves in at times that are really free. The office approves, the job lands on the right person's day, and reminders go out by email. We set it up with you.
Try it
Try it like your customers would
This is the real booking page of a demo business. Pick a service, put in a postcode and choose a time.
A demo business with invented data. A test booking emails only the address you type in.
What happens next
It arrives as a request
The booking lands in your diary with the time held for that person, and the customer gets an email to say it's been received.
The office approves it
One tap confirms it, and the customer gets an email saying so.
It's on the engineer's day
In My day: the address with directions, the customer's number to call, their notes, and a button to mark it done.
The customer has their own link, and a reminder
Every email carries their link to confirm, move or cancel without calling you, and reminders go two days and one day before.
Features
What it does for you
Booking, the diary and the reminders — the part of the job that eats the evenings.
Online booking
Customers pick a service, give their address and choose a time. They're only shown times that really are free.
Time to get there
A travel gap is kept between jobs, so nobody's offered a slot they can't reach from the last one.
A diary for everyone
Engineers and apprentices each have their own hours and time off, and you can close the whole business for a bank holiday.
No double-booking
Two jobs can never land on the same person at the same time. The database itself refuses it, however fast two customers book.
My day, on their phone
Each engineer sees their own jobs: directions, a button to call the customer, the notes, and Mark done.
Fewer calls to move a job
Customers confirm, move or cancel from their own link, and get email reminders two days and one day before.
